The black Washburn Flying V-style electric guitar proudly bears the signatures of members Axl Rose (born 1962), lead guitarist Slash (Saul Hudson, born 1965), rhythm guitarist Izzy Stradlin (born 1962), bassist Duff McKagan (born 1964), and drummer Steven Adler (born 1965). It retains a GENUINE AUTHENTIC authentication hologram label with number 007395 affixed to the top center, and a LUXE WEST Inc authentication hologram label with number C48510 affixed to the bottom.
