Item Details
Description
Native American, Southwestern USA, Hopi, signed by Ramona Ami, 2003 CE. A gorgeous polychrome vessel whose painted shoulder evokes the warm oranges and reds of the southwestern landscape. Geometric motifs, outlined in black, create a landscape of jagged peaks and stepped mesas, while a bird with a very long tail occupies one side of the vessel. The body is squat, with a rounded mouth that flares outward very gently at its unpronounced rim. Size: 6.4" W x 3.75" H (16.3 cm x 9.5 cm)
