Overall excellent condition. Each with varying degrees of shelf wear and vartying degrees of wear from use. Scissors with areas of original added verdigris patina to design. Inside of inkwell with inkstains. Postal scale missing a screw to base; some verdigris to base from exposure to moisture; wear to postal face; needle for measuring is loose and spins. Pen tray with surface dirt and old sticker residue. Notepad holder has added blue paint (appears to be original), with losses, to crevices.
