Pretty, relatively pale bisque socket head with big eye cuts and bulbous blue paperweight eyes, nice shading to cheeks, mouth well outlined and highlighted, pierced ears, multi-stroke eyebrows and finely painted lashes, on a fully articulated French wood and composition body with eight separate ball joints, stamped on the torso in blue "Jumeau". The head is incised "P 6 G". Although probably not of the period, the fabric of the costume is all antique and with time has faded to appear very old, however, it is very well made. There is a hat made of similar material with wide brim and lace trim. The wig is 1960's honey blond human hair and the shoes are 1920's era and style blue canvas with buckles. The body has been completely repainted, and although antique and appropriately sized, it is not original to the doll. Condition: (Very Good). Dimensions: Height: 18 - 1/4".
