A very pretty doll, one of the earlier models of this period, with the head incised in back "Made In Germany" followed by a shallow unreadable number. Head has brown glass sleep eyes, a pouty mouth, nice eyebrows and lashes, and is on her original wood and composition German body with straight wrists and separate ball joints at the shoulders and hips, with attached ball joints at the elbows and knees. She has been well re-costumed in a 1900-1910 style dress of linen, lace and silk, and wears an antique dark brown human hair wig, a remade bonnet, and newer but nice brown leather shoes. Only the slightest pinprick sized bit of color loss in right cheek. Condition: (Very Good). Dimensions: Height: 19 - 1/2".
