Ralston Crawford (1906-1978) Attributed: Untitled (Grey Still Life), oil on paper, signed. Ralston Crawford was a painter, lithographer, and photographer best known for his abstract compositions. Crawford was best known for his abstract depictions of urbanization and industrialization, and these early works situated him within the Precisionism movement with artists like Charles Sheeler and Charles Demuth. Later, he would move to pure abstraction. Size: 18 x 24"
