PAIR OF AMERICAN SCHOOL (19TH CENTURY) FOLK ART MINIATURE PORTRAITS, watercolor (each), finely executed examples, she wearing white Empire-style gown and coral necklace, he with black coat, white cravat, and gold stick pin, no signature(s) located. Each housed under glass in a 19th-century mahogany-veneered frame. Circa 1820. 3" x 2 5/8" sight, 4 5/8" x 4 1/8" OA.
Each in excellent visual condition. Frames with minor wear. Not examined out of frames.
