A pair of framed Chinese watercolor and ink paintings on paper fans by Qing Gan and Xu Jiezhang. The top calligraphy poem has 3 seals, while the bottom painting of a purple iris with butterflies and insects has 4 seals and a calligraphy poem. They are both mounted on a silk backing.
Dimensions are: 10 inches tall X 21 inches wide, while the frame measures 26 inches tall X 24 inches wide. All measurements are approximate.
Condition: The silk has foxing, and the fans have minor areas of wear and staining from the slate.
