This lot consists of a HAND PAINTED mixed media illustration on paper, Hand Signed "Andy Warhol" at bottom. The image (done on letterhead bearing the logo of famed New York nightclub Studio 54) depicts the iconic Campbell's tomato soup can. The soup can consumes the entire page, a behemoth testament to consumerism and mid-century Americana. Done in the Pop Art style of Modern Artist Andy Warhol (American, 1928-1987). Piece measures approximately 8.5" x 13".
