DESCRIPTION: A Chinese porcelain famille rose enameled vase. Features a tapering, ovoid form with a tapering neck and everted rim. Garnished along the body with a depiction of a emperor wearing a dragon motif cloak, flanked by immortal deities and enveloped by rust hued cloud motifs. Further embellished with famille rose enameled floral motifs along the rim, and traditional patterns along the base. Marked with black Chinese calligraphy along the body as well as a red Chinese character stamp along the underside.
