Graeco-Roman world, ca. 1st millennium BCE. A large, elegant bronze bowl of simple form, with steep walls, a deep, rounded base, and a small, rolled out rim. Perhaps made for holding wine or ritual libations. With a beautifully aged surface and a deep teal patina. Size: 9.25" W x 3.25" H (23.5 cm x 8.3 cm)
