Description
1st millennium BC. A ceramic double carinated vessel with funnel shaped neck; shoulder decorated with collar of triangles with meandering lines and cross motif; lower section of body decorated with textured cord-impressed motif; applied ring-base. From an important South London private collection; acquired in the early 1990s; accompanied by an original Oxford Authentication Thermoluminescence analysis report number N108n26, dated 8 May 2008.
