Southeast Asia, Indonesia, ca. 19th century CE. An ornate mold-made terracotta decorative fragment from a temple, depicting a fiery-headdressed goddess with four arms. The goddess holds two hands palm outward in blessing; the other are raised above her head. She has a fearsome, monstrous face. Her multi-tiered, flaming headdress contributes to her frightening appearance, as does her form fitting armor. Size: 6.3" W x 12.75" H (16 cm x 32.4 cm)

Condition
Nice surface deposits with some very small chips and nicks - overall very good condition. Back is a little fragile, with some flaking of the terracotta.
