Item Details

Description

Enterprise Mfg. Co. Country Store Cheese Cutter. A cast iron base and frame with hand crank lowering the blade down onto the 19.5 in. dia. wooden cutting board; a small crank on the back side rotates the cutting block and has a number dial indicating how far the crank has been turned. Partial paper instructions label above the revolving crank which indicates the number of turns needed per pound of cheese desired and depending on the diameter of the cheese wheel. With a very rare toleware display cover having 3 screen panels, floral panels and conical top with eagle and ball finial. Overall very nice condition, has some typical paint wear to the frame and dings in the top of the toleware cover. 26 in. high x 19.5 in. wide x 28 in. deep. Weight: 47.5 lbs.
