Four baseballs, each has been signed by Buck O'Neil and Ozzie Virgil, two baseball greats. Plus the signature of Ahmed Mukarrom, who is unknown to us. Mint condition.

Ozzie Virgil was the first Dominican player in Major League Baseball. He started his career playing with the New York Giants in 1956. He then went on to play with the Baltimore Orioles and Pittsburgh Pirates, among others. Virgil opened the door for other Dominican players to enter the world of Major League Baseball.

Buck O'Neil was a first baseman in the Negro American League, going on to eventually become the first African-American coach in Major League Baseball. There is a statue dedicated to him in the Baseball Hall of Fame, and the HoF Buck O'Neil Lifetime Achievement award, created in his honor, is bestowed upon players who have enhanced baseball's positive impact on society. From the Gregory Reed Collection. Gregory Reed was Rosa Parks' lawyer, and consequently had in his possession a number of documents relating to African American history and the Civil Rights movement. Additionally, he represented the family members and Estates of members of various Motown groups, such as the Temptations.
