A GERMAN PAINTED AND FLORAL ENCRUSTED PORCELAIN TOILETTE MIRROR, C.G. SCHIERHLOZ FACTORY, UNDERGLAZE BLUE MARK, CIRCA 1880-1906, the rectangular mirrored plate, within a conforming rounded frame encrusted with tapering fruiting and blossoming vines, enclosed by corners of stylized cartouches centering floral sprays and surmounted by a classically robed cherub, strumming his mandolin while seated in a scrolled shell suspending a fruit and flower modeled garland, reversing to the carved wood back with easel form stand exposing the underglaze blue double line hash tag mark. Overall good condition with expected tiny chips on some of the petals and leaves throughout, as well as normal surface buildup in crevices. Silvered mirrored back has a few small discolored areas.
