Surmounted by two seated putti atop a rocaille and scroll-molded case centering a circular face with inset porcelain cartouches with blue Roman numeral hour markers, attached to a two-train movement, on an elaborately molded base fitted with blue-ground porcelain panels painted with floral swags and a courting couple, on scroll feet, raised overall on an integral semicircular plinth, on rocaille-molded scroll feet
