Description
The “Mod Man” poster is one of the earliest Grande posters and it was designed by Gary Grimshaw. As usual, MC5 was included in the lineup that featured Southbound Freeway and The Bossmen. This image was used for both handbills and posters, with the handbills being black and white. This is a colorful and popular poster that does not show up for sale often. Many of these have extensive ink “scumming” in the border; this has very little.

Condition
Very Good. A heavy horizontal handling mark in the center and an odd, 3 ½” vertical cut in the lower right corner. This cut goes up the black border line and is hard to see in the scan. Signed by the artist, Gary Grimshaw
