AMERICAN SCHOOL (EARLY 20TH CENTURY) FOLK ART WORLD'S FAIR / EXPOSITION LANDSCAPE PAINTING, oil on canvas, oblique bird's-eye view of a midway with strolling fairgoers and structures flying American flags, probably a depiction of the 1907 Jamestown or 1904 St. Louis Exposition. Housed in a period molded-walnut frame. Early 20th century. 15" x 18 1/2" sight, 18 1/2" x 22 1/2" OA.
Excellent visual condition with minor abrasions/discoloration at edges. Scattered minor inpainting. Frame with minor wear.
