Women's fan with carved openwork bone, possibly faux bone, body with intricate carved figures in floral scene also depicts fruit and architectural details and filigree inspired shaped panels, parchment fan with double sided paintings. Front side of fan depicts figures in a lecture hall, with other outdoor play scenes and other painted floral details. Reverse side depicts another outdoor scene framed by floral design. Measures approx 10 in tall by 19 in wide. Comes in Antique leather box with fabric lining.
