Description
An early 20th century 9ct gold double sovereign holder. With engraved monogram, opening to reveal two coin holders. Maker's marks for Aaron Lufkin Dennison. Hallmarks for Birmingham, 1914. Length 6.6cms. Weight 31.7gms.
Condition
  • Overall condition good to fair. Some surface scratches/ wear and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear.
  • A few localised scratches to front.
  • Personal inscription to inside 'From M. to D. 18 '11 '15.'.
  • Stamped 375.
  • Length stated includes surmount loop.
