Circa 1919 Sierra Club Booklet. "SCHEDULE XVII Spring and Summer, 1919 SIERRA CLUB - SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA SECTION Local Walks...Mountain Club House MUIR LODGE Santa Anita Canyon, near Sierra Madre, Cal.". (Contains 16 printed pages and the size is about 3-1/2" x 6"). Also included in this lot is an old business card that was found with the booklets. The name on the card is Charles J. Fox - Principal in Los Angeles City Schools. Research reveals that Charles J. Fox was a Sierra Club director from 1924 - 1925. Condition: soiling and staining. oxidation of staple binding with some erosion to this area. paper loss on edges.
