A fine late 18th / early 19th century English Wedgwood Queensware handled soup tureen with oval under-tray / stand and ladle. Each piece with a hand-painted decoration of floral sprigs alternating with acanthus leaves. The finial formed as a budding flower above leaves. Measurement on stand, 10" high, 13.75" wide from end of handles, 7.5" wide. The stand measures 12.75" x 10-1/8" x 1.25" high. The soup ladle measures 10" long. Signed with the impressed Wedgwood mark.
CONDITION: minor nick to lid at the opening for the ladle, see photos. No other adverse condition issues. No repairs.
