Description
Rare KPM porcelain vase with a repeating scene of house and barn surrounded by trees with bright yellow lights shining through the windows of the house done by Theodor Schmuz-Baudiss. Done, circa 1900, the vase is marked with the classic KPM scepter logo in blue slip and conjoined initials of Schmuz-Baudiss in dark blue slip. There is an incised mark which is not clear and the impressed number 7065 which is faint. Also, the number "839Y2A" appear in salmon colored slip. Height 15 1/4 inches. Uncrazed and extremely clean.
