Description
Two diamond and gem-set rings. The first designed as an Edwardian 18ct gold vari-shape ruby line with rose-cut diamond highlights and scrolling gallery, the second designed as an old-cut diamond star-set to the tapered band. Principal diamond estimated weight 0.20ct, H-I colour, SI clarity. One with hallmarks for Birmingham, 1906. Total weight 5.7gms.
Condition
  • Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear.
  • One band shows evidence of repair/ resize, solder line and pitting marks visible.
  • Diamonds well matched.
  • Diamonds bright.

  • Principal diamond with small inclusions.
  • Rubies are in good condition with some abrasion and minor nibbles to the girdle and facet edges.
