Circa 1920s unused Old Vintage Paper; "RECORD OF INVENTION" application to be filed with law offices of Clarence A. O'Brien, Registered Patent Lawyer of Washington, D.C. Graphic "Record Of Invention" has four printed pages with space to name, illustrate, and describe your proposed invention. Approximate page size is 10-7/8" x 16-3/4". Condition: soiling, fold lines, creases, small holes, edge wear including small tears.
