With orb and four printer's mark for Dionysius Bertochus in colophon. 12" x 8 1/2". 272 leaves, AA6 A6 B-I8 K4 L-Y8 Z4 &6 [US]8 [RUM]8 A-K6 L4 M6, 41 lines plus headline, Roman letter, 3- and 8-line woodcut initials, 8- line initial spaces with printed guides. Blued edges, marbled endpapers. Later vellum binding with inked titled. Bookplate of Georgius Klotz, MD (Frankfurt-am-Main, Germany) inside front board. Several collector's marks. Bends to bottom corner of a group of about twenty pages. Wormage throughout, light water stain to the bottom edge of about the first third, but pages are bright and clean, fully legible.
