Donald C. Jolley was born in Zion National Park, Utah. He has lived in Boulder City, and Carson City, Nevada. His paintings have received many local and national awards; including the 1981 National Watercolor Society "Member's Cash Award" exhibit in the Palm Springs Desert Museum and the Tuscon Art Museum. Donal has been a featured artist in SOUTHWEST ART magazine in March 1980 and Camera Life in May 1980.

Jolley is a member of the National Watercolor Society, a past Vice-President of Watercolor West, board member of the San Bernardino Fine Arts Institute, member of the Whiskey Painters of America and is listed in Whoâ€™s Who of American Art and Artists of Renown.
