Item Details

Description

Antique green jewelers lamp were used by jewelers and watchmakers often used for melting wax and soldering. The spherical lamps often bear the patent date of September 14, 1880 and March 14, 1893. these correspond with US patents obtained by John H Purdy from Chicago, IL. Remains in excellent condition and measures 5" tall and approx 2.5" in diameter. (CP-124)
