A Chinese russet and creme-white jade urn-shaped vase with a carved cover. The rim and neck are uncarved and the elephant-head handles suspend a pair of rings. The body flares gently into a squarish shape which is decorated with a floral brocade pattern. The cover is also carved into the same floral pattern with a plain knop.
