Pre-Columbian, southern Peru, Nazca, ca. 200 to 300 CE. A striking polychrome globular bridge-spouted vessel painted with the mythical feline decapitator god with long serpentine body to which are attached 7 trophy heads - in hues of red, creamy beige, and black. Macabre, but stunning! Size: 5.75" in diameter x 7" H (14.6 cm x 17.8 cm)
