Description
White ground with blue underglaze vase in the form of a ancient bronze type Gu vessel. It has a 6-character Qianlong seal mark, but dates from the 18th to 19th centuries. The body has a blue underglaze lotus flower motif. The interior of the vase has a blue underglaze banana leaf pattern. It comes with a wooden stand.
Dimensions are: 8 3/4 inches tall X 6 1/2 inches wide. All measurements are approximate
Condition: It is in good condition. The wooden stand is broken.
Provenance: From the estate of Chen Chaoshou who is a well known entrepreneur and collector in Taiwan.
