late 18th century; works with silver chapter ring, second sweep and painted calendar moon dial, signed William Taylor, W. Haven, enclosed by bonnet with arched glass panel door and broken arched pediment with carved rosettes, brass eagle finial, case has blind-fretted frieze with long door in waist, fluted quarter columns, bracket feet with open fret work spandrels, 91 in. H., 23 in. W., 11 1/2 in. D.
