MID-ATLANTIC, PROBABLY PENNSYLVANIA, PAINTED LADDERBACK YOUTH CHAIR, four arched slats, woven-rush seat, box stretcher with ring-turned front example. Early green-painted surface. Fourth quarter 18th/early 19th century. 33" HOA, 13" x 16" seat.
Excellent overall condition with minor wear and losses to seat, possibly an early replacement.
