1st ed. Mary Frances Housekeeper in scarce dust jacket
First edition with scarce dust jacket. The Mary Frances Housekeeper by Jane Eayre Fryer. An unusual child’s book of cutouts and more. Mild rubbing to tips and spine ends. Cover pastedown near perfect with no paper loss. Gilt titling on spine extremely vivid. Doll house plans present with some paper loss at bottom edge area. Front hinge with 2" separation at bottom but feels solid. Scarce dust jacket mostly complete but does have numerous tape repairs on back. Large chips at bottom spine and right front bottom. Chipped liberally and numerous repaired tears. All doll cutouts have been cut out but most are still present. Most furniture has been left intact but there are some missing. Furniture is all authentic Mission style. Pub. 1914 by John C. Winston Co. 253 pages. 7 x 9.5.
