On "93 Seminole Avenue, Forest Hills, New York" letterhead, dated November 15, 1928, thanking him for his generous donation to her foundation. Helen Keller was the blind and deaf girl who was brought out by Anne Sullivan. She refers to the Perkins Institute, where they both had been schooled. William A. Castle was a millionaire in the paper manufacturing business, had a home on Fifth Avenue.
