Set of 4 King Richard by Towle Sterling Silver Custom Made Steak Knives. Measures 8 1/2". These custom made steak knives have King Richard I sterling silver handles and new stainless steel serrated blades. Hollow handle custom made pieces are usually not stamped due to their hollow construction. All hollow handle custom pieces are thoroughly inspected and tested prior to shipping and are guarenteed sterling. All custom orders are made to order and usually ship within 5 to 7 business days. King Richard, issued by Towle in 1932, is a classic and versatile pattern with a central oval design, pointed top and neck framed by curling leaves.
Towle Silversmiths is a major American silver manufacturer that was established in 1857. Its inventors include members of the Moulton family, whose legacy of silversmithing is regarded as the longest of any American family. Among its esteemed sterling silver flatware patterns is Marie Louise (1939), which became the official sterling silver pattern for U.S. embassies worldwide.
