Description
18th/19th Century pair Large Qing Dynasty Carved Chinese Jade, formed in slightly tapered baluster shape body, raised on splayed foot, the bulbous lower body gently tapered unto the waisted neck supported the dome lid crowned with simply bud finial. Two dragon masks emerged from the neck suspending looped handles. The exterior left plain finely polished reveals the attractive sporadic russet inclusions along the surface.
The carving is smooth, with Grayish-creme iridescent and moist milky appearance.
