A fine Qing Dynasty Chinese famille rose porcelain vase, having bulbous body, tall waisted neck gently elevating the flared rim, footed on flat base. Two orange-red lion masks flanked to the neck holding rings. The exterior decorated with hand-painting of DouCai design of BaJiXiang, the traditional Eight Buddhist Emblems and various floral motifs, bordered with numerous auspicious pattern ribbons. Gilt overglaze ring banded on the outer rim. The shape is uniformly proportioned. The porcelain conformed all required specimen to be high valued Chinese porcelain wares , with finest material, the whiteness, the glaze, the painting, and the shape. Without overlap the outlines of the design, well drawn, clear, subtle, and distinct. The clay is fine and exquisite, the glaze smooth, brilliant with a moist appearance, the finishing meticulous.


Mark on egg shell celadon glazed base, a six underglazed blue seal script -ZhuanShu- characters reign mark, QianLong Reign Period of Great Qing.
