Description
An Egyptian faience plaque depicting pharaoh with a scepter, Late Period, c. 664 - 30 BC, inscription between figure and scepter reads 'Amen-Re is satisfied' with an ankh below. Well preserved with glaze now an olive green. 1 1/2 x 1 in (3.8 x 2.5 cm). Holed for suspension and with light deposits. Ex Montreal private collection.
