Description
A Russian gilded silver, guilloche and champleve enamel sherbet spoon, Feodor Ruckert, Moscow, circa 1900. The reverse of the egg shaped bowl and the handle decorated with stylized floral motifs in champleve enamel in shades of royal blue, turquoise, lime green, mustard yellow, and opaque white, the twist stem handle with shaped handle with similar champleve ornament surrounding a tear-dropped shaped field enameled a bright translucent sky blue over a wavy, engine-turned ground. Struck with maker's marks. 1413-008. Length: 5 1/2 in. (14 cm).
Condition
Some small wear consistent with age and use.
