Description
A group of 3 Egyptian painted wooden objects, Late Period, c. 664 - 30 BC, including the body of a uraeus and two upper looped elements from either a knot of Isis of Ankh, all with beautiful, vibrant original paint remaining. Largest H: 3 2/3 in (9.3cm). Ex estate of Seward Kennedy, New York. Mr. Kennedy worked for decades as a lawyer for the Mobil Corporation, and acquired his collection throughout decades of travel beginning in the 1950's.
