AN IMPERIAL CHINESE STYLE NINE DRAGONS CARVED SOAPSTONE SEAL, the top carved with nine writhing dragons in pursuit of a pearl of wisdom, on a block base carved in low relief with two adorsed rampant dragons flanked by two phoenix and opposed by a jaguar, the base carved with a twenty character seal. Height: 5 3/8" Width: 3 1/8" Depth: 3 1/8"

There are a few minor chips to the carving, some ink within the crevices at base, minor scratches throughout, and general wear, but otherwise in very good condition, wear commensurate with age and use.
