A GROUP OF FOUR AMERICAN COIN SILVER TEASPOONS, BY ALBERT COLES, NEW YORK, NEW YORK, CIRCA 1870, comprising four Albert Coles coin silver teaspoons with a beaded neck and "C" scroll cartouche enclosing engraved monogram, "IIS," New York, New York, circa 1871, marks: (eagle), "AC," (head); length: 6 1/8"; approximate total weight: 2.870 troy oz. NOTE: The monograms are for Isador and Ida Straus of New York City who were married in 1871.
Condition
Good condition, minor surface marks and tiny scratches from use, one Albert Coles coin silver spoon has a slightly bent bowl.
