A GROUP OF FOUR RUSSIAN ICONS, CIRCA 1875 - 1900. Comprising an icon of St. Nicholas with silver plated repousse oklad contained in a glazed and gilt lined shadow box frame (kiot), overall size 7.5 inches x 6.75 inches (19 x 17.5 cm); an icon of St. Olga modeled after the Fresco in the Cathedral of St. Vladimir in Kiev, 7 inches x 3.75 inches (17.5 x 9.5 cm); a Russian icon of the Mother of God Joy to All Who Sorrow with coins variant overlaid with a stamped metal oklad, 4.25 inches x 3.5 inches (10.7 x 9 cm); and an icon of Christ overlaid with a silver engraved oklad hallmarked Moscow and dated 1877, 3.5 inches x 2.75 inches (9 x 7 cm).
