A RARE and IMPORTANT Carved Chinese ChenXiang Wood Beads in Filigree (gilt over silver) Trinket Box Carved Chinese ChenXiang Wood Prayer's Beads Necklace comprised of well strung carved round shape ChenXiang wood accented by three larger red-coral beads. Circled toward the center Fotou followed with a double-gourd bead connecting to a golden-yellow ribbon suspending flower shaped cloisonne cartouche embellished with oval shaped carved turquoise, further to pale-blue tassels. The Trinket box is in four sides plum shaped, with blue enameled "Shou" character to the center, adorned with four pearls flowers surrounded in four direction. Bordered with array of tourmaline inlaid to the filigree. The sides decorated with colorful enamel cloisonne of flower twigs with turquoise inlaid. All reserved in interlocking flower petals filigree design.
