Description
19th C. Qing Dynasty Chinese gold prayer beads bracelet, from private collections of Mrs. E. B. Greppo, of Los Angeles, CA., by inheritance. Original receipt records acquired from S. Kajiwara, Chinese & Japanese Art Objects, 939 W. 7th St. Los Angeles, CA; Dated 23rd November 1923. Comprised of well strung 13 round gold beads in delicate gold twisted threads, in combination and arranged in artistic floral motifs. With two turquoise bead and center Fotou connecting to golden thread suspending an oval pink tourmaline pendant, followed by the central back-cloud (BeiYun) gourd shaped pink tourmaline pendants with bell shaped bead caps before small pearl bead. The design is elegant with color that feast to the eyes.

From private collections of Mrs. E. B. Greppo, of Los Angeles, CA., by inheritance. Original receipt records acquired from S. Kajiwara, Chinese & Japanese Art Objects, 939 W. 7th St. Los Angeles, CA; Dated 23rd November 1923.
