Pair of VERY FINE Chinese green jade candle holders. Both carved in tall spherical shaped, with conical tall necks supporting the shallow bowl on top, elevated from a round dish with flat cavetto gently rising a steep straight sides, above a spherical belly, all supported upon a bell-shaped prominent foot. The exterior delicately carved in relief with archaic motif, and banded numerously with silk-worm patterned ribbons. This jade candle holders conformed all required specimen to be high valued Chinese jade wares, with finest material, the color, the cleanness, the shape, design, and distinct. The jade is fine and exquisite, the carving smooth, brilliant with a moist appearance, the finishing meticulous.
