A San Juanito de Escobedo Jalisco Seated Male c. 200 BC - 200 AD
Seated with hands to raised knees, the proper right hand holding a large club-like object (Von Winning called it a gourd), the left holds a bowl, armbands, scarification bumps on shoulders, tasseled earrings. In apparently good, intact condition, extensive surface erosion and encrustations of foreign material, wax props on underside of feet and buttocks.
