Description
Two Pieces of Oriental Porcelain, 19th c., consisting of a scalloped ribbed bowl with gilt, blue and orange decoration, on a carved hardwood stand and a covered Chinese stem bowl on an integral stand, the lid with a Foo dog handle, the sides with integral rings, Stem bowl- H.- 7 in., Dia.- 7 3/8 in.
Condition
Condition consistent with age. Covered bowl- wear to gilt and surface dirt. Bowl- three hairline cracks, two creating a crescent and the other vertically in the center of the crescent, with evidence of a repair with residue present.
